This travel funding is awarded annually to give a staff member the opportunity to do more than attend a conference as it also allows time for education and observation at overseas institutions and the chance to network with people in similar roles. Additionally it is the only funding which permits attendance at overseas courses. All senior paramedical and technical staff, nurses in senior designated positions and level 4 staff nurses, who work in the departments represented by the Fund, are eligible to apply.
